WHAT IS YOGA

Yoga, which means “Union” is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines that originated in ancient India. These practice combines a set of postures, control of the mind, and breathing exercises which aims to bring physical and mental well-being. this ancient art of living as it is explained in the texts reveals itself as an initiatory path that transcends the physical discipline. Practicing yoga is said to come with many benefits for both mental and physical health. You’ve probably heard by now that yoga is good for your health. Maybe you’ve even tried it for yourself and discovered that it makes you feel better.
